Terms and Conditions

All returns are processed as store credit.
All merchandise returned must be in a sellable condition and in the original packaging.
No returns accepted after 30 days!
Damaged shipments must be reported to Midwest Rod & Reel, Inc. and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
Keep all shipping materials until damage claim process is complete.
Special orders are prepaid and cannot be cancelled or returned.
All shipping charges for returned items are paid by the customer.
