Warranty Information
At Midwest Rod & Reel, Inc. it is our goal for you to be completely satisfied with the purchase of your new Tactical series fishing rod. While these rods are inspected before they leave our company, we do know that on very rare occasions they may fail during the first few uses. To make sure our customers are completely satisfied, we offer a simple return warranty policy to the original purchaser. If you feel this rod has failed due to a material defect, simply return the rod to our company for an inspection. If it is deemed that failure was in fact the result of a material defect and not incidental damage of an outside force, Midwest Rod and Reel will warranty the rod for a $50.00 exchange fee. If the fishing rod is no longer a current model offered, we reserve the right to replace the rod with a similar model.
